Last night the hubby and I bundled up in layers, whipped up some quick peppermint lattes, and hopped in the car, bound for a community Christmas event. The local park was having its annual Christmas lights and carols sing-a-long and we thought, why not?
Our hands and bums were cold from the air (and cold stone we sat on), but there were tons of holiday goodies and friendly neighbors to make it worth it. There was live music from local artists who sounded rather hauntingly festive ~ very Renaissance-like. But it was fun! And the lights were beautiful. Just like a campfire, I think I could sit and stare at them for hours.
I apologize for the quality of the photos (the low lighting doesn't sit well with my little point and shoot!) But here's a little peak into our night!
