My husband has quickly learned that I don't do anything without my camera anymore. Something as simple as apple picking becomes a photo op. 99% of the time he is as patient as can be - he even stops to pose/smile/hold objects/suggests ideas now. Dreamy man, right? (That other 1% of the time usually occurs when gnats or hunger are involved...).
So throw in a military appreciation gala with an excuse to get all dressed up, there certainly are no exceptions! But when you have a hubby has handsome as mine, it's hard not to follow him around with a camera - especially when a uniform is involved!
Someday when I have time, I'll have to share the story behind this dress. But in a nutshell, I have the world's most incredible mom and the greatest heavenly Father! A girl loves to dress up for any reason, right? :)
No better way to spend Veteran's Day than to be in the presence of service members and wonderful friends!
(Oh. Pay no mind to that fluorescent lighting. I'm trying not to).
